Having a dietary requirement can sometimes make eating out seem difficult. More often than not, restaurants and cafés are happy to accommodate customers with dietary requirements as long as you give them plenty of notice. DIY wedding favours: recipe for vegan tablet

Slowly but surely, I’ve been making slight changes to my diet since I made it my New Year’s resolution to be more aware of my food intolerances and to eat healthier.
