Thank you to everyone who entered in my giveaway (here) for two (2) tickets to the Crafts for Christmas show at the SEC in Glasgow which will also gain you entry into the Stitching, Sewing & Hobbycrafts show in the next hall.
Update 12/10/2017: As the previous chosen winner had not responded to various e-mails to claim her prize, I had to pick a new winner.
The winner has now been picked at random and the winner is…
Congratulations, Susan! The winner has now been notified by e-mail of the prize and soon the tickets will in the post shortly.
I didn’t have this information available at the time of my previous post, but there are various exciting workshops and demonstrations across the 4 days (26th to 29th October) which you can book in advance. Anna Campbell from Jewellery School Scotland will be on hand to teach you how to carve your own wax ring for casting, make your own bespoke sterling silver buttons, earrings or pendants from silver clay. Scottish School of 3D Decoupage will also holding workshops to show you how to make amazing 3D cards and fancy Christmas-themed gift boxes! I’m also told the Scottish Association Flower Arranging Societies will also be announcing their own events shortly. For more information and to book your space in the workshops, click here.
If you would still like to go to the show, you can still claim the offer of 2 tickets for the price of 1 (£9 instead of £18 for two tickets). To do this, call 01425 277 988 or visit the ICHF Events website (here) to book your tickets online and use the code ‘GL12’ when placing your order.
Note: The offer is only valid if you purchase your tickets in advance, otherwise tickets cost £11 on the door. Children under 16 go free when accompanied by an adult.
Once again, thank you to all the entrants who entered my competition for the giveaway and thank you to ICHF Events Ltd for the tickets.
